olb042 804d1ba210 fix: drop port name from argocd-server service for K8s API proxy compat
Validate manifests / validate (push) Successful in 19s
Details 
K8s 1.35 API proxy requires either explicit port or unnamed single port
to resolve service endpoints. Named single port returns 503.

olb042 e712652ef5 fix: remove argocd-server https port and disable auth for headlamp plugin

Details 
- Removes https:443 port from argocd-server service (redundant in insecure mode)
  so K8s API proxy can resolve service endpoint without ambiguity
- Adds server.disable.auth=true to allow headlamp plugin unauthenticated API access
  (external access protected by Traefik OIDC)
